On Tuesday, with the implementation of Unlock 4.0, the government of Himachal Pradesh has now permitted the Inter-state travel without an E-pass. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the borders of Himachal Pradesh was sealed for the five months since April. However, the inter-state buses are not allowed to resume yet, the state cabinet said. In last month, the inter-state movement was allowed in Himachal Pradesh although e-passes were required by the travelers to do so. The government took this step last month in order to resume tourism which is also the largest revenue-generating industry in the state.

The tourists who have COVID-19 Negative Test Result/Certificate along with them are now allowed to enter in Himachal Pradesh, the state government said.
Recently, the death tally due to COVID-19 has reached 89 in Himachal Pradesh with more than 10,000 COVID-19 Positive cases are discovered yet.
On Tuesday, new 143 cases were found and 8 people died due to the COVID-19 virus. Out of the 143 new cases, seventy-six cases were found in Mandi district alone, thirty in Kangara, twelve in Sirmaur, eight in Shimla, seven in Kullu, five in Chamba, four in Bilaspur, and one from Hamirpur. The special secretary of Health, Nipun Jindal said to PTI.
Till now, out of 10,000 cases, 6,167 COVID-19 patients have been recovered successfully. An official said, 15 patients have also been migrated since.
With the 828 COVID-19 cases, Solan is the state with the highest number of active positive cases in Himachal Pradesh. Kangra, Mandi, Una, Sirmaur, Shimla, Bilaspur, Chamba, Hamirpur, Kullu, Kinnaur, and Lahaul-Spiti are the other worst COVID-19 hit states in Himachal Pradesh.
Even after all the social distancing regulations, precautions, and guidelines issued by the government of India, the condition seems to worse than before. Recently, India has crossed Brazil and became the second worst-hit coronavirus country in the world.
