Novak Djokovic says that women are in talks to join Professional Tennis Players Association PTPA. Women professionals are joining to discuss Novak Djokovic’s breakaway tennis players association. He is the men’s world number one player who said on Friday that he was “unpleasantly surprised” at the opposition from some tennis players.
Novak Djokovic was the head ATP player council before the U.S. Open, he has resigned along with members Vasek Pospisil, John Isner, and Sam Querrey, to make the Professional Tennis Players Association (PTPA).
Noval Djokovic informed news reporters that he has been “discussing with the women tennis players for the last five, six days. he is also said that he is trying to share as much information they can, and hopefully, they get their support and get them in as well in big numbers as part of this association.”
He also said that he heard saying some of the tennis experts that its time not to be divided. In response to them, he said we are not divided, we are united at the time when sports have been hit badly by Covid-19. Djokovic emphasized that the PTPA needed to exist together with administering people while giving the players a stage to be better heard on choices that influence their jobs.

He further said he doesn’t get why players are hard to accept towards this association. I have to say I’m unpleasantly surprised by some players thinking this is not good for our sport. I don’t agree.”
